A WooCommerce telecoms ordering platform — a custom package builder wired to a provisioning API that deploys phone systems automatically on purchase.
The challenge
A two-sided technical challenge. On the front end: a package configuration system intuitive enough for a non-technical buyer, yet flexible enough for the range of options a telecoms product requires. On the back end: an API integration that takes a completed order and automatically provisions the phone system and numbers — correctly, every time, with no manual step between purchase and delivery. Most agencies would scope the front end and treat the API as a separate phase. We treated it as one build.

A custom WooCommerce extension letting customers configure their own bundle — lines, features, hardware — with real-time pricing.
API provisioning integration
