The challenge
Property transactions are fragmented and low-trust: buyers, sellers and agents juggle email, spreadsheets and phone calls, with no shared, verified space to move a deal forward. The client set out to fix that with a single platform where every party has a role-appropriate dashboard, identities are verified, and a deal can progress in one place — delivered as a lean MVP.
What we did
Three role-based dashboards
Tailored buyer, seller and realtor views, each surfacing only what that user needs.
A shared "buying room"
A space to progress a transaction between the parties.
Identity & contact verification
Phone verification via Twilio and address validation via SmartAddress/USPS to keep the marketplace trustworthy.
Payments
Stripe / PayPal integration for in-platform transactions.
Notifications & email sequences
Event-driven alerts and automated emails via SendGrid.
