TalentFlo
A drag-and-drop hiring pipeline that replaced a recruiter's spreadsheet, built from scratch for specialist software-sales recruitment.

The challenge
TalentFlo (originally "SaasFlo") set out to give recruiters a proper system for moving candidates through a hiring process instead of managing it across spreadsheets and email threads. The workflow had real nuance: candidates needed to stay anonymous until the right moment, the same candidate could be put forward to several hiring organisations, and some profiles were confidential and could only be unlocked on request.
What we did
Talent Pool pipeline
Candidates move through defined stages — Shortlisted through First/Second/Third Interview to Hired or Rejected — with confirmation prompts and a required reason on rejection.
Anonymous profiles
Candidates can keep their profile anonymous; confidential cards expose a "request further information" action rather than the full details.
Multi-organisation matching
A single candidate can be assigned to multiple hiring organisations.
Interview scheduling
Select multiple dates and a time range, choose video or telephone, and route the request automatically to the hiring contact.
Admin control
Drag-and-drop with confirmations, and hire/return-to-unassigned actions with an audit reason.
Tech used
Laravel / PHP, MySQL
The timeline
Faster, without cutting corners.
What this shows about Trisec
Recruitment tools live or die on whether the rules match how recruiters actually work — anonymity, multi-organisation matching, confidential unlocks. Model the real workflow and the interface can stay as simple as dragging a card.
