The challenge
TutorNinjas connects students with online one-to-one tutors across subjects and exam boards. The project was in trouble: a previous development team had failed to deliver, leaving the application stalled. On top of getting the build back on track, TutorNinjas needed to be found by people searching for "maths tutor," "English tutor," "physics tutor" — not one generic homepage doing all the work.
