A completely custom, AI-powered HR and finance analytics platform, built from nothing — now the foundation Vipani raised millions on.
The challenge
Vipani set out to answer a hard question for HR and finance leaders: what is workforce dissatisfaction actually costing us, and what's going to happen next? That means pulling HR data from many different systems and markets, joining it to financial data, and layering AI-driven predictive analytics on top — behind a permission model fine-grained enough that a regional manager sees only their offices while senior leadership sees everything.

Full-stack custom platform
Frontend and backend built from scratch, tailored to the product rather than assembled from templates.
Unified HR + finance data
Integration via the StackOne API to pull HRIS data across subsidiaries and markets and combine it with financial data for company-performance analytics.
AI-driven predictive analytics
Models to predict under-performance, churn and absenteeism, with actionable recommendations and financial-impact reporting.
Fine-grained permissions
Page-level and office/department-level access, with master users who create groups and manage sub-users' inherited permissions.
Built to scale
Stateless, horizontally-scalable architecture with centralised session and file storage.
