Our minimum engagements are £1,500 for WordPress and £2,000 for Shopify. Custom web application MVPs start at £8,000. Below these thresholds it's not possible to do the work properly — and we'd rather tell you that upfront than take a project we can't deliver on.
Typically 1–2 weeks after proposal sign-off, depending on capacity. We'll give you a realistic start date in the proposal — and if we're at capacity, we'll tell you that too rather than stringing you along.
Yes. Our Discovery & Strategy package (£750, 1 week) clarifies your requirements, architecture, and budget before you commit to a build. You get a scope document and technical recommendation — and the £750 is credited toward the project if you proceed within 30 days.
We work with clients across the UK — fully remote. Rugby is our base, not our limit. We've delivered for clients from Edinburgh to Exeter without anyone needing to be in the same room.
