The Problem

cFone approached us because their online VoIP shop (based on WooCommerce), was manual so there was a lot of effort required by backend staff to set up an account, which was costing money and resources.

The Solution

TriSec created a custom plugin for wooCommerce which integrated with various APIs to initially allow a user to select a phone number that was listed from an API.

The Execution

TriSec created a solution that allowed for filtering, searching and favouritng of numbers based on patterns, area codes, and cost. Once selected with a package the number was reserved and once the payment was made the number was booked and assigned to the relevant solution. TriSec also created recommended products based on the products purchased, such as phones, or modems.
