ICL’s portal uses modern tools to make it easy for customers. It uses ReactJS for a friendly interface, Redis for fast loading, and PHP with Laravel connected to MariaDB for strong performance. Additionally, ICL requested features from Cargowise, integrating their Eadaptor SOAP API and XML reports for advanced logistics management capabilities. This setup helps customers track shipments, book services smoothly, and stay updated on customs easily. It’s designed to be flexible for future improvements, ensuring ICL stays ahead in logistics technology.
